Poster came severely damaged. This should have been posted inside a tube! I would’ve paid more if necessary, so sad 😭
The guys who own this store are wonderful! They didnt have to give these posters away at all yet did so fans could own one. So happy for their success and here's to many many more successes. Best record store in Manchester.

The poster arrived all creased. As a suggestion for the future, I would recommend using rigid tubes. Personally, I would have preferred to pay more but receive a poster in excellent condition

Before shipping, we contacted you to explain that we weren't confident the poster would arrive undamaged and asked whether you'd still like us to proceed. You confirmed that you did. At the time, rigid postal tubes weren't readily available, and sourcing them would have meant a delay and additional cost for what was a complimentary poster. We appreciate your suggestion and understand that, in your case, you would have preferred to wait and pay more for better protection. We'll take that on board and will likely keep similar poster offers to UK customers in the future, where we can be more confident they'll arrive in excellent condition.

Really quick delivery, only my second purchase from these guys but have now pre ordered a new vinyl release and will use them in future. Great Instagram page too and they clearly absolutely love what they do. Hopefully visit in person one day but a bit too far for me to pop in for a browse and a brew!
