Shipping Policy (UK Customers)
We aim to deliver an excellent experience from order to delivery. Please review the information below regarding our shipping services and policies.
Standard Shipping
Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2–3 working days from dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey to your door. We only create tracking once we are ready to despatch your item so you can be sure the updates we share are reflective if the most recent activity.
Shipping Upgrades
We offer upgraded delivery options at checkout for faster delivery or additional shipping features. Prices and services will vary depending on your selection.
Pre-Order Items
Some products are available on a pre-order basis. These items will be shipped once we have received stock, usually within the week of the official release date.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together when all items are available, unless you choose to place separate orders.
- For imported items, please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, as these are subject to external supplier and shipping schedules. However, we will provide an estimated stock arrival date and keep you updated with any changes as we receive new information.
Shipping Policy for International Orders (Customs & Duties)
We proudly offer international shipping to many countries around the world. However, please note that shipments to certain destinations may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, and other regulatory requirements imposed by the local government.

Refused or Returned Shipments:
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees or taxes, we reserve the right to deduct any associated return shipping fees and customs charges from your refund.
