Texas – White on Blonde (30th Anniversary Edition) – 2LP White & Gold Vinyl

Celebrating 30 years of Texas’ acclaimed fourth studio album, White on Blonde receives a special anniversary edition, remastered at Abbey Road Studios.

Originally released in February 1997, White on Blonde stood apart from the Britpop sound of the era, drawing on the band’s love of soul, trip-hop and pop to create a collection of emotionally resonant, radio-ready hits. Certified 6× Platinum in the UK, the album reached No. 1 in the UK Albums Chart and delivered five Top 10 singles, including “Say What You Want”, “Black Eyed Boy”, “Halo” and “Put Your Arms Around Me”.

The album’s unexpected success was matched by the band’s willingness to experiment, including the celebrated Wu-Tang Clan collaboration on “Say What You Want (All Day, Every Day)”, which became another Top 10 hit.

This definitive 30th anniversary edition pairs the remastered original album with a collection of demos, rarities and B-sides. Pressed across two LPs on one white and one gold vinyl, the release comes in an expanded gatefold sleeve and includes a booklet featuring rare and previously unseen band photographs, alongside new liner notes from Peter Kay.
